Neuro-PD LLC is an organization with professional experience in both behavioral health and in law enforcement. Our primary mission is to provide the best training for law enforcement in the area of behavioral health. Our team also provides consultation to develop training programs, diversion programs and behavioral health policy. Lastly, we have the expertise to evaluate and review use of force/de-escalation tactics used at an incident. 

Neuro-PD takes a training and consultative approach that offers law enforcement and safety officers the proper and realistic perspective in addressing the area of behavioral health challenges within the community. Our training will provide officers with various methods of interventions when interacting with the different behavioral health conditions that arise in a crisis situation. Our training will teach specific strategies, techniques, and ideas that will help guide and reinforce proper decision-making in challenging circumstances with those who may be suffering from a mental health crisis.

Our consultative services assist departments in providing the correct training methods, establishing proper policy and procedures, and developing behavioral health programs. This can include CIT or drug diversion programs. Furthermore, Neuro-PD has the expertise to provide consultive reviews of situations involving use of force and de-escalation skills.
